LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Cindi King-Chan expressed her condolences to the family of Lucille Jean Olasiman-Gershovich, a Filipina and an Oponganon who was killed during the Iranian missile attack in Haifa, Israel, on April 5, 2026.
