HYDERABAD: Commissioner Hyderabad Division, Fayaz Hussain Abbasi, along with Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad, Zain-ul-Abedin Memon, conducted a detailed visit of Civil Hospital Hyderabad. The visit was also attended by Assistant Commissioner Taluka City, Syed Noor Hussain, the Vice Chancellor of LUMHS, and the Medical Superintendent (MS) Civil Hospital. During the visit, the delegation inspected various sections of the hospital and reviewed the condition and functionality of medical machinery. The officials emphasized the importance of ensuring that all equipment remains fully operational to provide uninterrupted healthcare services to the public. Following the inspection, a meeting was held in which key issues were discussed. A formal proposal was prepared and will be submitted to the Secretary Health on an urgent basis, seeking funds for the maintenance and repair of hospital machinery. Furthermore, the matter of vacant staff positions at Civil Hospital was also taken up. It was decided that a request will be forwarded to the Government of Sindh for the immediate filling of these vacancies to improve service delivery.
