BOTOLAN, Zambales — Drumbeats, lively lyre music and vibrant performances filled the Botolan People’s Plaza on Friday (April 10) as students from 11 schools competed in the Drum and Lyre Competition. This contest was one of the highlights of the opening day of the Dinamulag Festival, the province’s annual mango festival.
