LUCENA CITY — A fisherman from Quezon was rewarded P100,000 for his honesty after turning over the P16.7 million worth of cocaine he found in the island town of Patnanungan on Good Friday. “Through the Sariling Sikap Program, we personally awarded him a cash incentive of P100,000 in recognition of his goodness and integrity,” Governor Angelina Tan posted on social media after she visited Patnanungan town on Friday, April 10.
