Return flights operate every Monday and Thursday, departing the Pacific island at 3:10 a.m. and touching down in Manila at 4:55 a.m. The resumption of Saipan service re-establishes PAL's presence in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), strengthening vital connectivity for the region. PAL said these direct Manila-Saipan flights likewise operated twice weekly every Wednesday and Sunday, leaving Manila at 7:45 p.m. and touching down in Saipan at 1:45 a.m. the following day.
