MANILA, Philippines — Imported perfumes worth about P700 million believed to have been smuggled were seized by authorities in a warehouse in Valenzuela City, according to the Philippine National Police – Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG). In a report, the CIDG said it launched an operation on Friday inside the premises of Nicewheel Rubber Corporation and Haiwan Import/Export Corporation at Bonifacio Street, Barangay East Canumay in Valenzuela City.
