MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has suspended the operation of a transport network vehicle service (TNVS) unit, the board announced on Saturday. It also issued a show cause order (SCO) against the driver. The actions stem from an incident involving actress Xyriel Manabat.
