DOE, ERC, PCC must look into cartel-like behavior of oil firms - solon

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC), Energy Regulation Commission (ERC) and the Department of Energy (DOE) need to intervene in the “cartel-like behavior” of oil companies amid the rising cost of fuel, Marikina Rep.
