CEBU CITY, Philippines — Nine drivers were arrested for drunk driving during a joint road safety operation in Cebu City, as authorities intensified enforcement against reckless and dangerous driving. The operation, conducted on April 11 along F. Cabahug Street, was led by the Land Transportation Office in Central Visayas (LTO-7), in coordination with the LTO Central Office and the Philippine Coast Guard–Special Operations Task Group (PCG-SOTG).
