Third suspect in Bulacan board member's slay nabbed in Cavite

CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — Police arrested on Friday in Cavite the alleged driver of one of the getaway vehicles used in the 2024 killing of Bulacan Board Member Ramil Capistrano and his driver, Shedrick Toribio. Newly installed Bulacan officer-in-charge police director Col. Jay Baybayan identified the suspect as alias “King,” 45, a resident of Monroy St., Barangay Navotas West, Navotas City.
