Boat tragedy: Punjab CM Mann questions lack of safety, says will speak to UP govt to curb such incidents

A boat carrying pilgrims capsized in Vrindavan. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann stated the boat was overloaded and lacked life jackets. Eleven bodies have been recovered, with four people still missing. Rescue efforts are ongoing. The incident involved pilgrims from Jagraon and Dugri areas of Ludhiana district.
