Court orders arrest of Italian, 2 Filipinos for illegal recruitment

MANILA, Philippines — A Bacoor court has issued a warrant of arrest against an Italian national and his two Filipino co-accused for serious illegal detention and large-scale illegal recruitment, both non-bailable offenses. Judge Froilan Buenventura Pitpit of the Bacoor City Regional Trial Court found probable cause to hold Italian Adel En Nouri and his co-accused for trial and ordered their immediate arrest in a warrant dated April 10.
