23-year-old man shot dead in Linstead

Detectives assigned to the St Catherine North Police Division have launched an investigation into the murder of a 23-year-old man in Linstead on Saturday morning. The deceased has been identified as Tyreese Richards, a labourer of Time and Patience district in the parish. Reports are that around 5:30 a.m. Richards was at a stall on Fletcher’s Avenue in Linstead when he was pounced upon by two armed men who opened fire, hitting him multiple times.
