Two people were killed and four people injured in a crash near Gisborne overnight. Police said emergency services responded to the single vehicle crash on Tucker Rd about 11.40pm. Two people were found dead on arrival. Two people were transported to hospital in a critical condition, and two others were moderately injured. “Our thoughts are with their families and friends at this difficult time,” police said in a statement. “The Serious Crash Unit have conducted a scene examination, and the road has reopened.”
