Roque: Remulla has no authority to make arrests in PH or Austria

MANILA, Philippines – Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jonvic Remulla has no authority to make arrests in the Philippines or Austria, former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said.
