Mathura boat capsize tragedy: Death toll climbs to 13

The death toll in a boat capsize incident in Mathura's Yamuna river has risen to 13 with the recovery of two more bodies. Over two dozen tourists, primarily from Punjab, were on the boat when it hit a pontoon bridge drum and capsized. The boat operator and the contractor responsible for bridge repairs have been arrested.
