Odisha IAS officer accused of cheating man of Rs 95 lakh in land fraud; Complainant also alleges death threats & legal intimidation

A senior Odisha IAS officer, Aradhana Das, is under investigation after an FIR was registered over an alleged Rs 95 lakh land fraud case. The complainant claimed he paid the full amount, Rs 85 lakh via RTGS and the rest in cash, for a plot, but the land was neither registered nor handed over. He also alleged that the officer later refused to execute the sale deed, claimed the money had been spent, and issued threats.
