MANILA, Philippines — Bicol Saro party-list Rep. Terry Ridon on Sunday dared Vice President Sara Duterte to personally address and challenge the accusations against her by her alleged aide Ramil Madriaga as the House of Representatives prepares for the impeachment proceedings.
