Seven killed after being run over by truck in Gujarat's Surendranagar

A speeding truck tragically killed seven people and injured others on the Lakhtar-Viramgam highway in Surendranagar, Gujarat. The incident occurred early Monday morning. A group of pilgrims walking from Rajkot to Bahucharaji were struck by the truck. Six pilgrims and a parked dumper driver lost their lives. The truck driver fled the scene. Authorities are searching for the driver.
