MANILA, Philippines — The National Police Commission (Napolcom) on Monday ordered sweeping reforms at the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) and vowed to end hazing. This follows after three PNPA cadets were arrested for allegedly hazing over 20 underclassmen, who reportedly suffered burns and other injuries caused by chemicals.
