Speeder Crashes into Vienna Police Car During Escape Attempt

A 20-year-old man had his car keys taken away by the Vienna police for speeding on the night of Sunday. Just three hours later, he was back behind the wheel. To avoid another check, he attempted to flee and collided with an unmarked police vehicle.
