On the 26th day of January 2026, a calm Monday morning as I prepared for court, at approximately 7:30 am, I received a phone call from my favorite cousin, to wit, he informed me with a heavy heart, that he had tragically lost his new born baby boy at a very popular hospital in Accra, due to certain alleged negligent actions on the part of the hospital personnel. Agitated and in pain, my cousin clamoured for justice and closure.
