Number of Reported Racism Cases Slightly Decreased

In 2025, the anti-racism advisory center ZARA documented 1,539 racist incidents, representing a slight decrease of 6.5 percent compared to the previous year. Affected individuals reported incidents themselves more frequently in the previous year, namely 47 percent of the cases. In 2024, only 21 percent of the reports came from those affected.
