MANILA, Philippines – Cebu Landmasters Inc. posted consolidated net income of P4.03 billion in 2025, up from P3.01 billion in 2024. In a statement on Tuesday, the Soberano-led company said its revenues reached P18.5 billion, driven mainly by real estate sales and related finance income, which rose 10 percent to P17.3 billion.
