MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. on Tuesday said the agency’s academy was now drafting tighter measures against hazing following an alleged incident at their barracks victimizing at least 22 freshman cadets. “The cycle of wrong mindset on leadership and discipline among the cadets must stop and it starts now.
