ILOILO CITY — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has granted the Boracay Bridge Project to San Miguel Holdings Corporation, chaired by Ramon S. Ang, following the issuance of a Notice of Award dated March 25, 2026. The document, signed by DPWH Secretary Vivencio Dizon, confirms the government’s approval of the recommendation by the Public-Private Partnership Bids and Awards Committee to award the contract for the financing, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the bridge linking Boracay Island to the mainland town of Malay.
