Kiko Barzaga released after posting bail over cyberlibel case

MANILA, Philippines — Cavite 4th District Rep. Kiko Barzaga was released after posting bail over the cyberlibel case against him, the police confirmed. Barzaga posted a P384,000 bail before the Makati City Regional Trial Court Branch 147 at 10:10 p.m. on Monday, Cavite police spokesperson Lt.
