Female student killed in road crash in Archbishop Reyes flyover

CEBU CITY, Philippines – A 17-year-old female student died in a collision between two motorcycles and an ambulance in the flyover in uptown Cebu City on Tuesday, April 14.  The driver of the motorcycle is in critical condition, based on a report from Cebu-based radio station dyHP.  Based on initial reports, the motorcycles and ambulance were traversing on opposite lanes on the flyover when the tragedy occurred.
