Madriaga excused by House panel, returns to jail facility

MANILA, Philippines — Ramil Madriaga, the alleged former bagman and aide of Vice President Sara Duterte was allowed to have an early exit during the House panel hearing on the impeachment complaint against the vice president to ensure compliance with the court’s allowed period. To recall, the court only allowed Madriaga to appear before the House of Representatives from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  House justice panel chairperson Batangas Rep.
