General : Kedah State Assembly: Opposition Laments Halted Water Plant Upgrade

ALOR SETAR, April 14 (Bernama) -- The Kedah State Assembly opposition has expressed disappointment over the stalled Bukit Selambau Water Treatment Plant (WTP) upgrading project, allegedly after the contractor failed to complete the works despite being granted four extensions of time (EOT).
