MANILA, Philippines — The government rolled out on Tuesday its P10 per liter diesel subsidy for public utility jeepneys and UV Express vans in Metro Manila, with 52 gas stations accredited to participate. More gas stations will participate as the program expands to other parts of the country in the coming weeks, according to Energy Secretary Sharon Garin, as she issued a directive ordering all legitimate gas stations to participate.
