MANILA, Philippines — The Marcos administration rolled out on Tuesday its P10 per liter diesel subsidy for public utility jeepneys and UV Express vans in Metro Manila, with 52 gas stations accredited to participate. Under the fuel subsidy program, qualified PUV operators may avail of a P10 discount per liter of diesel, with a maximum of 150 liters per week, equivalent to a P1,500 weekly subsidy.
