MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — A local business firm has joined the national government’s electricity Retail Aggregation Program (RAP) that is giving small users the choice to combine their power demand and select their preferred Retail Electricity Supplier (RES). This move is part of the national government’s program expansion in the Visayas, particularly in Cebu.
