OBANDO, Bulacan—More than 3,000 residents in at least two island barangays here have begun wearing N95 masks following the evacuation of families due to suspected health hazards from the fire burning in a landfill in Navotas, Metro Manila. A total of 335 individuals from 111 families have been evacuated so far in the barangays.
