MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang on Wednesday said the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) must look into the alleged plans to unseat and even kill President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. stated by key witness Ramil Madriaga during an impeachment hearing against Vice President Sara Duterte.
