MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang on Wednesday stood firm that there is no need for President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to undergo a hair follicle test to dispel rumors about his alleged drug use, citing a Supreme Court (SC) decision stating that a president cannot be compelled to release medical records based on unsupported claims.
