MANILA, Philippines — More Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) officials may face administrative charges over alleged lapses in addressing the purported hazing of at least 22 cadets by their upperclassmen, the Internal Affairs Service (IAS) said on Wednesday. Nine PNPA officials, including Director Maj. Gen. Andre Dizon and Commandant of Cadets Brig. Gen.
