Nashik sexual harassment case: 'Male accused acted like organised gang to target female colleagues'

Police in Nashik have registered nine FIRs over alleged sexual harassment and attempted religious conversion at a local branch of Tata Consultancy Services, with investigations indicating that seven male employees acted in a coordinated manner to target female colleagues. Eight accused, including a female operations manager, have been arrested, while another woman is absconding, and HR officials are accused of discouraging complaints. Sandeep Karnik said a special investigation team is probing the case, with central agencies also being consulted to examine any wider links.
