LEGAZPI CITY, ALBAY, Philippines — The Department of Agriculture (DA) has begun selling onions from Occidental Mindoro at P50 per kilo in Bicol to help link farmers to consumers while at the same time, cushion the impact of rising fuel prices. Lovella Guarin, DA Bicol information officer, said a truckload of onions has arrived at the DA regional office in Barangay San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.
