MANILA, Philippines — DigiPlus Interactive Corp. has secured regulatory approval to operate in South Africa, marking a key step in its planned global expansion. In a disclosure on Thursday, the digital entertainment platform led by tycoon Eusebio Tanco said it had received licenses from the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (WCGRB) to enter the South African market.
