MANILA, Philippines — Gambling tycoon Atong Ang was spotted in Calabarzon two weeks ago, Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla said on Thursday. “Apparently, he travels in a small group. It appears they are just three people and they move every three days, four days, five days.
