LRT-1 on limited operations due to technical glitch

MANILA, Philippines — The Land Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) is on a limited run due to technical problems at the Carriedo Station in Manila on Thursday. In an advisory on its Facebook page, the LRT-1 is running only from Dr. Santos Station to Baclaran Station (and vice versa) and from Fernando Poe Jr. Station to Central Terminal (and vice versa). “Our Engineering Team is on-site working to resolve the fault,” the LRT-1’s advisory read. “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to fully restore operations,” it added. Affected stations are from EDSA to United Nations.
