MANILA, Philippines — The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has extended the deadline for submitting annual financial statements (AFS) to June 15, aligning with the new tax filing schedule. In a notice on Thursday, the SEC moved the AFS deadline, originally set at May 29, for companies with a fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
