MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has extended by three months the validity of licenses and registrations expiring starting April 2026 and waived penalties for late renewal during the extension period. The directive covers driver’s licenses, conductor’s licenses, student permits and motor vehicle registrations, according to the LTO.
