23-y-o charged for stabbing, robbery of man in McCooks Pen, Spanish Town

A 23-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder and robbery with aggravation for allegedly stabbing a man with a knife and using a pillow to suffocate him in McCooks Pen, Spanish Town, St Catherine. Charged is Givannie McFarlane, otherwise called ‘Jio’, of a Kingston 20 address. Reports from the Spanish Town police are that on Sunday, March 1, the complainant went to a house to collect a sum of money owed to him. Upon entering the premises, he reportedly saw three men inside.
