Prague City Tourism is marking the 135th anniversary of the Petřín Lookout Tower with a series of public events spread across May and June. The program also includes activities at the nearby Mirror Maze, with a focus on family visitors and guided experiences on Petřín Hill. The main anniversary day will take place on Sunday, May 3, when visitors will be able to enter the tower for a reduced ticket price of 135 CZK. The ticket will also include access to the Mirror Maze. Families with children will pay 270 CZK for joint entry. The day will also feature a quiz and a marble-themed exhibition near the tower. František Cipro, chairman of Prague City Tourism, said the celebrations are designed mainly for families and will continue throughout the early summer period. Workshops and themed walks will run across May and June, expanding the program beyond the main anniversary date. An outdoor marble exhibition organized with the Czech Marble Association will be part of the program. The installation is meant to draw attention to a children’s game that once had a stronger presence in public spaces. She also noted that the surrounding park includes a playground linked to this tradition. A... The post Petřín Tower Turns 135 with Special Events in May and June appeared first on Prague Morning .
