MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos on Friday marked their 33rd wedding anniversary, with messages of love and gratitude. In a social media post, the President offered a light but heartfelt tribute to his wife, expressing gratitude for her enduring presence and support throughout the years. "33 years of marriage. Through every season, in family, in work, and in everything in between, we have walked it together," the President said. "You have been my constant. Steady, wise, and always looking after our family, while never losing sight of others. Happy anniversary, Liza. Thank you for the life we have built together," he added. The first lady, in a separate post, described their relationship as one that has "built a life, raised a family and kept the love alive," adding that they remained "33 years strong." The first couple tied the knot on April 17, 1993, at the San Francesco Convent in Fiesole, Italy. They have three children, Ilocos Norte Rep. Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro,” Joseph Simon and William Vincent.
