MANILA, Philippines — Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said the cancellation of fugitive Elizaldy “Zaldy” Co’s passport was a key factor that led to his arrest after months of hiding. Co, who has been in hiding since July 2025, was captured in the Czech Republic and is set to be deported back to the Philippines to face graft charges.
