LUCENA CITY — Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and police operatives arrested an alleged “high-value” drug trafficker and seized suspected shabu worth P3.4 million during a buy-bust operation in Taytay, Rizal on Thursday, April 16.
