Chinabank declares P7.5B cash dividends on strong 2025 earnings

MANILA, Philippines — China Banking Corp. (Chinabank) has declared P7.5 billion in cash dividends, reflecting steady earnings and continued shareholder returns.  The Sy family-led bank said the payout represents 27 percent of its P28 billion net income in 2025.  The board approved total cash dividends of P2.80 per share.
